SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are lovingly packed from our home studio in Adelaide, South Australia.
We have 2 sets of eyes on every order. Jeff picks & checks off items & Kate packs the orders. It is very rare that we both make an error, but if we do, please contact us immediately. We aim to make things right.
Processing time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During busy periods (markets, holidays, new collection launches) this may extend slightly. Please contact us if you are worried & we can investigate.
Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. As a guide:
- Small/flat items (postcards, stationery, washi tape etc.): $3 standard shipping within Australia for 1–4 items, $10 for 5 or more items.
- Other products: $11 standard or $15 express shipping within Australia.
Delivery times Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days of dispatch depending on your location, via Australia Post.
International orders & customs I'm so sorry but I have not opened my little shop to international orders at this time. Things are crazy! But if you are absolutely desperate & have no stockists in your area, please contact me & we might be able to work something out.
Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once your order is dispatched. Flat mail does not include tracking.
Lost or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
