Hello & welcome!  I'm Kate Mason.

 

I’m a self taught visual artist & I've loved making whimsical little creations ever since I could hold a crayon.  I'm versatile in many traditional mediums  + digital media.

I started my creative journey with paper, paint & collage before falling in love with illustration & surface pattern design. My current medium of choice is digital illustration but I still dream in paint, collage & textiles.

Right now, I work from my tiny home studio in Adelaide, South Australia where I live with my husband Jeff, 5 children & 2 chihuahuas BUT someday...... I dream of converting a warehouse space, fire station or some other unconventional building to pursue my visual art practice full time.
